Several years ago, Jason Claiborne embarked on a personal journey to understand the underlying dynamics of communication between women and men. Having stuttered for much of his adolescence, Mr. Claiborne was always drawn to communication, and observing communicative dynamics between people for much of his life. Specifically, Jason wanted to know what was working and what was not working for couples, as well as how women and men could create communication dynamics that were supportive of both genders. Lets face it, 65 percent of American adults have been through at least one divorce, so clearly, there's a problem! The answer, as Jason soon realized, became evident from a simple inquiry he made into the area of training and development for how each gender forms and utilizes their communication. Jason started to see the gender language differences in what he later termed and trademarked as Womanese� and Manese� language distinctions. Without proper training and development for understanding each gender's unique qualities, Mr. Claiborne saw how this could lead to the vast emotional disconnect in couples' fulfillment, joy, and lack of emotional connection. Unfortunately, without proper training and development, a couples' relationship can turn into an unfortunate case of Connectile Dysfunction�. After all, where did you get your training in how to relate and communicate to the opposite gender? Where did you learn how to listen? Mr. Claiborne is onto something wonderful here. An entertaining and insightful read, How to Speak Womanese is fun, educational, and full of great advice. It's a unique look at interpersonal relationships and communication. Hightly recommended!!

The author's approach centers on quality over quantity and clarity over complexity where "Open Communication" is the key term.
